1. About these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Maple Olympus at mapleolympus.com (the “Service”). By entering the site and playing the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Entertainment only
Maple Olympus is a free-to-play social game offered purely for entertainment. It does not offer real-money gambling of any kind. There are no deposits, no withdrawals, no purchases, and no cash or merchandise prizes. Any coins, balances or points shown in the game are virtual, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be exchanged, transferred, redeemed or cashed out.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 19 years of age, or the age of majority in your province or territory of residence, to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement. The Service is intended for users in Canada.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms;
- attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law;
- misrepresent your age or identity.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its game, artwork, text, logos and design, is owned by Maple Olympusor its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and enjoy the Service for your own non-commercial entertainment.
6. No warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to keep the game enjoyable and available, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maple Olympus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Because the Service involves no real money, you cannot suffer any financial loss through gameplay.
8. Changes to the Service and terms
We may update the Service or these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province or territory in which you reside, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
